How to get SPP out of a Unity file?

I'm trying to work on an avatar that has an edit attached to it, the edit has added SPP files into my Unity Project and I'd like to export them if possible- as I don't have access to them otherwise. Is there any way to do this?

@NotHereForMuch can you not right click>show files and open from there?
