How do I fix this issue in Gogo Loco?

Whenever I use Gogo loco animations on this avatar it's basically just stuck on this same pose, and I've been trying for a while to fix it and I'm stumped at this point, I'm pretty new to unity so I' d really appreciate the help. Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
