best things to add on to blender is Auto weight trasnfer , Cats and MMD addon .
with cats you can merge armatures (make sure you delete any bones that you dont need on the asset or clothing cause it could brake (or if you just want to add clothes just click the clothes, hold shift and click the armature and right click to parent with empty groups. then you can go to weight transfer and click the top thing (should be object) and then click the body. after that you can click auto transfer! giving you a weight paint without meany issues.with adding accessorys you can merge the armatures and then when you clickthe armature when its merged you can find the bones you need (so say if its a bow and its not connected to the neck after) you can click all the bones from the bow and then shift click the neck and parent offset.
after all that you go to export-fbx and name it.
when you go to unity make sure you click the fbx and go to the rig and make it humaniod and then boom everything should be there
