Funny enough on the first picture, i asked the maker of it what the hairstyle was, this was my answer:

He’s very skilled at customizing avatars, and he told me he combined two different hairstyles.For the hair on the sides, he used FYRON_HAIR_N:

I recognize the hairstyle in the second image because I own it—it's the [Cygnet] MediumBob (2092103), though it is no longer on sale.
