LF this one tongue asset

I've seen it on numerous public avatars before and I've been trying to find it again because all the avatars that used to have it got taken down for one reason or another.
It was basically a snake tongue but it had radials that could extend the tongue out at 50% and then fatten it up at 100% and then a 2nd radial to coil it up into a tube.
Much appreciated if anyone can help me find it!
