Organizing program

Is there an organizing program out there I can use? I have so many assets now that I can't ever find what I'm looking for. I thought about trying to setup one of these movie or gaming organizers like "EMDB (Eric’s Movie Database)" or "LaunchBox" but idk if it will work. I just want something that will clearly show a pic of what the asset is to make it easier to find what I want to use.
Figured I'd ask before trying to jury rig something.
