Beakless New Chiku

Now I am not good at blender at all, I legit tried to do it myself and it did not work out, so the image below is just a photoshopped image of what its supposed to look like.
Just wondering if anyone would be willing to do it, I could even pay for someone to make it also (but dont get too greedy)
I've just grown a heart for beakless chiku alright
And hopefully I did the tags right this is my first time making a post
