Need Help Recovering my own VRChat Avatar Project

I'm trying to download the original project files for an avatar that I've already uploaded，to my VRChat account.
I've previously downloaded the .vrca file, but after unpacking it, the contents were messy and not usable as a proper Unity project.
Is there anyone who could help me export or recover the correct unity project files? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
