I’m sharing the KUNUGI model files here. This asset was originally sold on Booth, but it had an unreasonably high price tag, and no one has ever shared the original source files on the platform. That’s why I extracted the showcase model from VRChat, and I hope this helps anyone who needs it.

The extraction gave me a bunch of scattered mesh files, so I’ve repackaged everything into one unified FBX file — hopefully it edits smoothly with no hiccups in Blender. -
