The easiest way would be to remove the component then add it back, you'd have to manually put in each value again, but as most of them are already empty you wouldn't lose much.
If that doesn't fix it, reinstall your VRC SDK - Avatars (Close Unity then in VCC, click Manage Project > Under Installed Version for your VRC SDK - Avatars, change the version then change it back to your preferred version) and try again.
