If you want, you have this alternative ^^ They're mostly free and compatible with Substance Painter Afterwards, I don't know if you'll get a skin effect, but you might find what you're looking for on other useful things, who knows? https://www.brusheezy.com/free/photoshop also bump ^^

Might be late for help but you have 2 dif shader for the face, one is Shader Face and the other Shader Face_Parts. I would try and look which one is which and try something and ctrl+z. Good luck!
