Might be worth reading up on it's documentation. Usually toggle issues are linked to discrepancies in hierarchy between the PC and Quest versions. I personally haven't done much in terms of quest avatars so I can't provide accurate advice, but I can at least push you in the right direction. Even shader errors can hide clothing, and the way they work is not known to most people. For now, I recommend double checking the pc and quest variants and see if the menu items are in the exact same order, all the items in the hierarchy are in the same order and positions.
