Hey, I found just the hair first, so I’ll share the info with you
The bangs are from Mirtina’s default hair, and I think the rest is the hair from the URL.

As for the outfit, there are a lot of similar ones but none that match exactly since there’s a lot of editing. I’ll keep looking, but I might not be able to find exactly what you want… sorry

This is definitely the avatar’s part. As for the upper clothing, I think it’s just an edited version of this avatar’s clothing with some of the mesh deleted. (I’ll also attach an image where I tried deleting the mesh myself.)
The older version of this avatar seems to have already been shared on this site, so you might want to try searching for it

Aight, Lads. I’m not ignoring you guys or gatekeeping the stuff I made; it was fully remade in Blender. To fulfill my model collection. I don’t even play the game. I’m not even sure if you guys will be able to set her up easily for VRC.
And about the outfit asset. It's the one I put in the topic post. Just had to modify the textures a lot.
