This is definitely the avatar’s part. As for the upper clothing, I think it’s just an edited version of this avatar’s clothing with some of the mesh deleted. (I’ll also attach an image where I tried deleting the mesh myself.)
The older version of this avatar seems to have already been shared on this site, so you might want to try searching for it

@Ponpon oh wow you're amazing!! thank you so much! it looks to be an amalgamation of the upper part from the one you linked and the skirt part from extension that was linked in the thread I THINK... im going to try to mesh it together and see what it looks like

Aight, Lads. I’m not ignoring you guys or gatekeeping the stuff I made; it was fully remade in Blender. To fulfill my model collection. I don’t even play the game. I’m not even sure if you guys will be able to set her up easily for VRC.

And about the outfit asset. It's the one I put in the topic post. Just had to modify the textures a lot.
