How to rip a vrca and turn it into a workable unity project

Before there was a youtube on how to use facs and sars to fix vrca's but now the video is gone
and i was wondering if anyone had any new videos for me to learn/how to rip a vrca as well
i know ppl are using

With most .vrca files of fixing them I usually do it this way. I always use A.R.C. (Avatar Recovery Client) either reach out via their discord or the website (https://forum.ripper.store/post/643078). After getting that all set up either get the .vrca from the program/website and go over the "VRCA Information". Load your .vrca file and export (I like keeping all of my files in once spot so I have file system for it) either into a .unitypackage or keep it as a folder. After everything is exported I like using this one tool for vrchat avatar fixing or ripping FACS Utilities (https://github.com/FACS01-01/FACS_Utilities). This will fix scripts, swap out shaders, and all of the other commodities for fixing the avi. That should help but there is a video on how to do it but it is pretty old but I can still link it (https://youtu.be/kRdKZBxEtwY)

There is always a possibility of being banned though throughout all of my times that I have ripped/recovered files I have not been banned. The most likely reason if you were reported with evidence of being banned or if you are hotswapping a .vrca file.
Overall, be cautious whenever you are ripping any avatar. I always recommend doing it on an alt account and making it public or not using it in public worlds.

At this point I won't recommend it since it is more of chance of getting perma-banned to the account (around 90%). I always do a clean rip and fix it myself to make sure that all of the toggles and materials work properly.
