@darknessfallen Is it possible to make a blendshape to have the body to fit the clothes?

depending on everything with the model depends on if I can fix it or not.

I see the issues, it's around the pelvis, thighs, and stomach shrinking the hips to not mess with weight paint would be your best bet and to not have it looking odd.
