Hey to all whom read this!
(I apologise for the lack of pictures, this is the only I made before it got removed)I've been having trouble figuring out what avatar this is, Ever since I found her I've fallen in love with this avatar I've found it once through avatar search worlds, but never found out if it's a buyable, edited, or ripped avatar.
I think the creator is ScarlettKat, yet none of her avatars appear to resemble this one, this one had completely unique toggles, nothing like any of her other avatars, so if someone has a Download link with her, I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!

Hey there Lara, I also agree with you that none of her avis exactly resemble this one. My guess is it was someones edit. This is just a jump to the cut regarding the "this one had completely unique toggles".
As well as the words on the collar tag says "Lily's Btch" so it had to be someone's personal edit.
You most likely won't find this exact one, but I'm sure someone would be willing to remake this for you with one of ScarlettKat's pre-existing avatars. -
That's what I thought at first too, it being a personal edit @kh4m4ri . Yet I've not been the only one with this avatar, in 2 different occasions 2 different people had this avatar as well, but both claimed to have gotten the files from a "Friend". So it might not be a personal? Or at least if it is, it's floating out there somewhere.
Perhaps someone will stumble across this post in the future and will know what, where and how to get it.

It probably is a personal that has been shared with friends or a circle that has just spread. Hope you find it!
