Hey to all whom read this!
(I apologise for the lack of pictures, this is the only I made before it got removed)

I've been having trouble figuring out what avatar this is, Ever since I found her I've fallen in love with this avatar I've found it once through avatar search worlds, but never found out if it's a buyable, edited, or ripped avatar.
I think the creator is ScarlettKat, yet none of her avatars appear to resemble this one, this one had completely unique toggles, nothing like any of her other avatars, so if someone has a Download link with her, I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!💞

Head is Starlights Anime Head, So you could genuinely just swap it onto her for sale models until she releases something similar if you want the same kind of look.

Yet I've not been the only one with this avatar, in 2 different occasions 2 different people had this avatar as well, but both claimed to have gotten the files from a "Friend". So it might not be a personal? Or at least if it is, it's floating out there somewhere.

Perhaps someone will stumble across this post in the future and will know what, where and how to get it.

My guess is it was someones edit. This is just a jump to the cut regarding the "this one had completely unique toggles".

As well as the words on the collar tag says "Lily's Btch" so it had to be someone's personal edit.
You most likely won't find this exact one, but I'm sure someone would be willing to remake this for you with one of ScarlettKat's pre-existing avatars.
