Tutorial on specific animation get around

So I'm noticing this decal is not animating properly because it's not named correctly to the material it's apart of. I see the other decals are specified and those are the ones that work in toggles. Any advice will help!
(see the top property specifies material 'FacematKaya' and bottom one does not but I need it to)
