So im not sure where to put this because its technically a question but its not about the site, so i apologize in advance, but im trying to make an edit of a 'western avatar' using booth assets.

My question is: Do booth creators stick strictly to themselves and their communities, or do they join western servers and watch for leaks? Also im not understanding their privacy tos. When they say personal use only do they mean only on the avatars its sold for or just for any private use?
Id rather not draw unwanted attention to myself because I love editing avatars , but im sorta worried that using booth assets for private edits might get me caught as a leaker, and i dont want to be banned for it. I dont have money to spend on every vrc asset i find
Do others even mix the two styles or do they stick to one or the other when editing personal avatars?

If anyone has advice on this or pointers as to how i should go about this, please help im paranoid.

To be honest I would read the terms of the asset. See if it says anything, and use it if it doesn't say anything about mixing gumroad and booth.

In other words if it says nothing, you're safe there is no ban, but people may turn their head to you because they disagree with the action you took.

Personally I think you should do it. I think it'd be really cool to see! ❤
(and no we don't strictly stick to communities, i've mixed things personally with booth and gumroad lol)
