so, idk if you lot know Nukestop5, but he does a thing where if something happens he puts a red circle around it, and he says ''did you see it?''

if i were to make a zoom in, like a toggle where it zooms in to a spot in the world. how would someone do that? ive googled around but no one really has an answer, i wanna make a meme avi and it just came up as an idea, sorry if its way to much or to confusing. I just simply want a zoom in toggle to zoom in on people, with a audio file over it saying ''did you see it''

Sounds like a screen overwriting shader, not sure which one it'd be using though (and the audio would just be a toggle that you'd have turn on when you turn on the shader effect)
