@KrillLaKrill does it have to be constraints? you could do this with a slider and simple scaling along one axis, or if youre hoping to be able to pull it maybe even a physbone setup

@KrillLaKrill i feel like that'll be particularly difficult without blendshapes
@zeta.zaza well I was going to use blendshapes in tandem with constraints, I just don't know how to do it
