The chest gives VRBase, but the body bit gives Venus.
My final guess is Venus but don't take my word on that. You can make any base look like this with sculpting & blendshapes/shapekeys.
TL;DR: Venus.
I like this body sculpt a lot especially since she added slight jiggle to the hips it looks very good dancing in it
