Help for BellowMaker by Zewe's Storage Shed problem

Hello, I have a problem with importing the BellowMaker into my manuka avatar, I was reading every instructions that they listed and even went through and have uncheck all writes default as a test and it still not working, everything else on it works normal but grabbing it and toggling it seems to be the only one that broke, if you know how to fix it, I got the file from Here
