Hi guys!~ The lovely @chewtoy was able to get in contact with the creator, and after hours of work last night, I was able to get a package fully working, rigged properly, and paired to Loona! What may not have been apparent at first is that this is a blender-only asset, and requires you to work quite a bit in blender to be able to set it up!
I worked pretty hard, but I'm not perfect, so if there's anything wrong with the files/clothes, let me know over in this thread https://forum.ripper.store/post/663266, where I posted the Unity Package. Consider this thread FOUND/SOLVED
I've uninstalled Unity Hub/Unity Editors and can no longer help :( I just can't justify the costs of spending time doing this anymore.
