Bro they deadass told me to do the same! Like my bump was from 14 hours ago! It’s not spamming it’s like over 12 hours old! Tho I do admit I’ve bumped a few of my post every 8 hours! Who tf is gonna wait 24 hours? The whole 15 or so days I’ve been bumping my post one other person has bumped it. 🥲
when that thing tells you "do not bump" It iterally bumps your post and makes it appear at the top of the page anyway so its hilarious its a clear contradiction

You can't even understand what the definition of what a bump is, how its used, and why its different than a regular comment. And yet you keep replying saying that somehow you "destroyed". Are you a young kid? This isn't something you can win. @OhRei and yes, I did tell you to do the same, because the point is to prevent spam posting. Bumping every 14 hours or less is not going to help you get what you want. I've seen your posts. Some of them you bump an hour after you make the post... That accomplishes nothing.
@PrIsMaTiSm IDK where it was said that it was a rule about the bumping in this board? It's more on the honor system for the bumping. For the people who do spam, just let them know "can you please do 12-24 hours so its not spam.". i know there was a chat where it was 8 hours but so long as it not filling up the whole board with it, ease up on them please.

Part of that is to ensure that relevant content is visible. Overly bumping a post artificially grants one post more exposure than another, so its limited. If its popular and several users are bumping it, then it deserves to be at the top of the list. This guideline has been here longer than I have.

@shadowangelking Yeah, like I have mentioned before. The generally accepted guideline is one bump per post every 24 hours. If everyone does that, then this forum can stay on topic. We have had people in the past that made this suggestion come to light.
I wouldn't be surprised if it became a rule if problems continue to arise.

I wouldn't be surprised if it became a rule if problems continue to arise.
