@OhRei and yes, I did tell you to do the same, because the point is to prevent spam posting. Bumping every 14 hours or less is not going to help you get what you want. I've seen your posts. Some of them you bump an hour after you make the post... That accomplishes nothing.

For the people who do spam, just let them know "can you please do 12-24 hours so its not spam.". i know there was a chat where it was 8 hours but so long as it not filling up the whole board with it, ease up on them please.

No one here wants to get spammed, I am volunteering my time to help ensure that this forum stays focused on finding avatars and assets that people are interested in. Part of that is to ensure that relevant content is visible. Overly bumping a post artificially grants one post more exposure than another, so its limited. If its popular and several users are bumping it, then it deserves to be at the top of the list. This guideline has been here longer than I have.

@shadowangelking Yeah, like I have mentioned before. The generally accepted guideline is one bump per post every 24 hours. If everyone does that, then this forum can stay on topic. We have had people in the past that made this suggestion come to light.
I wouldn't be surprised if it became a rule if problems continue to arise.

I wouldn't be surprised if it became a rule if problems continue to arise.
