Ripped VRCA File Encrypted Someone Help Is It Possible To Fix This

Anyone Who Knows how to manual rip and fix avatars out there does anyone know how to bypass or get around this new bullshit showing up I'm not 100% sure there is a way but this Avi rip is so shit plus it mostly only works for Poi shaders just wanted to rip it and well collect it I also like femboy avatars and the person has a bulge on it but point being it's the mildly new Poi shader scrambler - https://github.com/PlagueVRC/AntiRip - This thing I believe and I just want to know if it is possible and just takes longer then 1 to 3 hours to fix or if there's a quick method to fix the scrambling or if it quite literally is impossible also if anyone is interested here's the VRCA file for the custom avatar it's Hazbin Hotel themed as were I found the creator and ripped it from cache...Avatar VRCA Folder File Link
