Help , how do you upload Carmella ?
It's a pmx , when I transfer it to fbx and add the avatar descriptor it shows another error saying :( spine hierarchy incorrect, make sure that the parent of both shoulders and the neck is the chest[Error]. )
Does anyone has the fixed files or how can I fix it myself? I need help please

Open the models in Blender and use the CATS plugin to convert them to fbx. That should help.
@Sythra can u explain or provide a tutorial link for the process or something close to it ? that'd be much appreciated and many thanks in advance
