Help , how do you upload Carmella ?
It's a pmx , when I transfer it to fbx and add the avatar descriptor it shows another error saying :

( spine hierarchy incorrect, make sure that the parent of both shoulders and the neck is the chest[Error]. )

Does anyone has the fixed files or how can I fix it myself? I need help please

Open the models in Blender and use the CATS plugin to convert them to fbx. That should help.

If you're going to share models like this at least take the time to convert them to Unity packages. Not everyone knows how to convert pmx files to unity compatible things.

I'm not experienced in model conversions but the best way to do it from what I've seen is to open the PMX file in Blender and use a plugin called CATS to convert it to a fbx file that can be used in Unity.
