Why are nipples sold separately?

Hello sorry to bother anyone, but i was wondering if anyone possibly had This by any chance I don't know why the nipples are sold separately <.< it's weird like buying a pack of batteries. Anyway, I love this model i've always had a thing for yokai and the like, so this speaks to me ^^ Thank you in advance!

i would have got it myself only i normally pay through paypal, which doesn't allow r-18 items.
@eiron why wouldnt it, that's weird? I'm able to use it for r-18 products no problem
