Can I edit the avatars before hot-swapping? I found the scene after building but it looks like it not saving my edits

I just want some basic editing in unity like scaling and change the view script height back, because 90% of the avatars height is really fucked up.
I edit the scene after building with the auto swapper and before uploading it and it remains the same as the original after uploading.
Is there a way to do this?

Once you rip the model and put it in unity just up scale the model with unitys scaler
