There may not be unity files, at least someone uses blender to export them as FBX

thats odd.. because I've seen these avatars as NSFW files(like have nsfw toggles, dps, and stuff)

They are MMD models that been converted to FBX to vrchat, they come with a blend file (if you pay for the higher tier) and 2 versions of the models, a standard version and mark 2 version of the files which has openable nsfw bits, they need some blender work to separate the meshes
