thats odd.. because I've seen these avatars as NSFW files(like have nsfw toggles, dps, and stuff) -
They are MMD models that been converted to FBX to vrchat, they come with a blend file (if you pay for the higher tier) and 2 versions of the models, a standard version and mark 2 version of the files which has openable nsfw bits, they need some blender work to separate the meshes

i've kept track certain avis i've favorited and almost most i have gotten were either privated or been pulled into a ban list. there was Marina avi from Splatoon 2 already been privated or banned. this is why normally when i upload things i wanna keep them private @SillyRandomWoman
VRC is really strict only because there are kids or people who are underage gets their hands on them.
