does anyone know if the author has updated the phone case for earlier release, such as Kikyo and Selestia?

I have the selestia latest release but I am confused as to what you are asking.
Did you want the phone case or not cuz second like said without but the first line says you do??

They are asking if they updated the selestia version of the bikini track was updated to be like the Moes.
Ex. Moe's has the phone inside of the lanyard whilst the Selestia does not.

It was never updated. But if you are slightly skilled you can transfer the texture from moe to selestia and get the same effect.
