If you open it it says CardBending_V7 and is from 25.09.V9 got release 2-3 Days ago.
So its hardly possible that its the newest version. Its not even V8 that was released early this month but you can get on a different place. -

it should be fine to use 8.0 now.
9.0 was a VRChat bug fix that got now fixed. -
