the file was uploaded before V9 was released and in the files it's even saying its V7...

If you open it it says CardBending_V7 and is from 25.09.

V9 got release 2-3 Days ago.
So its hardly possible that its the newest version. Its not even V8 that was released early this month but you can get on a different place.
