Looking for some 3d printing help?

I know this could probably be the wrong place to ask, but I was curious so here we go. I have this skullie head that states it's suppose to be hinged, but looking at the project I see no place for hinges. I was wondering if someone can help me add some so I can get it printed. A side question would be how to hollow a head out for 3d printing. (The red circles are areas where I believe a hinge could go)
