Hello. I had found an avatar model during one of my ventures in VRChat. However, I am wondering about the base model being used here: is it a completely scratch-made one or some customizable avatar akin to the Rindo, Selestia, Maya etc. If it's the latter, what base are they using? What about their textures?

you might be able to find some of the others using the search function.
take the booth page url and paste it in the search bar and after you hit enter, toggle titles down to titles and post and hit enter again
