Need help setting up Just Fit Breast PB.

As the title states, I need help getting this set up. I have Modular Avatar and VRCAvatars3Tools but I'm not sure what to do with either in this situation. The steps listed by the JFBPB creator aren't detailed enough for me to follow. If someone could take the time to make or share a detailed explanation of the setup process, either with a video, through screenshots, or a written step-by-step list, that would be greatly appreciated.
The avatar I'm using is Lasyusha if that effects anything. -

Oki so, if someone could help meh dumb self this would be helpful. I am trying to (though I don't know its validity) use both Marshmallow and Just Fit for Manuka and I put on an outfit. The problem is that the bust keeps clipping through when it moves. I do not know how to fix this nor what to do to find a solution. The video listed above doesn't provide enough visual info to explain the process, so if someone could explain through it with text and possibly a video format, it would be greatly appreciated.

My main hope and objective is to get the stretchyness and weight that marshmallow gives and the jiggle that Just Fit gives. They seem to work fine separately but when both on, it starts to clip. Can I fix it or do I just have to use only one or use them interchangeably?
