NEED HELP ASAP (Ripping quest side of a avatar)

The owner of the avatar like to make the avi private quite often (the picture in the photo is the pc). I want the quest side to be ripped for a friend because i went to quest convert and had to rip EVERYTHING off of her. The quest version that is on the OG has everything on it so i was wondering if i could get some help!

I unfortunately don't know how to rip the quest side so thank you in advance
