Bump, tired of this system. At least with Dextros you can easily edit the avatar and such

Looks like that "Gonso" protect those who created base model, not users that want to use it.
"Dex" at least allow to modify anything.
Also, if "Gonso" doesn't use "key" after uploading (nor messes with anything much), there still a lot of ways to take base model back from it. -
Gonso's system can be worked around, after decompiling the DLL and decrypting the avatar from the files provided, you are left with a working FX controller, Parameters, and Avatar Menu.
the original FBX of the avatar is not included at all within the UnityPackage, what is encrypted is simply a GameObject Prefab of the avatar. as a result, you can export this GameObject with Unity's FBX Exporter, but not without issues such as missing bones or fully tri-gon meshes.
i don't think there's a way to get the original FBX considering it is never in the UnityPackage to begin with.
