Ktek Tablet- Invalid Surface Layer

When I use the tablet from Kryowo I get an error when I try to airstrike. cant exactly ask him for help since I don't officially own the product. Just curious is anyone has any potential ideas to solve that
@VertigOwl late reply however you have to be on a somewhat flat surface to activate them, activating them on hills/slopes and none flat surfaces can cause the invalid surface error problem, simply move around and retry again
