How to import a model that doesn't have a .UNITYPACKAGE !!

I've had a lot of people come to me and ask me how to import certain models because the file doesn't contain a .unitypackage. Instead, when they open the .zip folder, all they see is a bunch of random things and more folders labeled "Assets, Packages, Etc." Here is my simple fix in video form!
