@NekoGeko i imported the basics of things, the project has everything you need pretty much so no need for adding poi. just have vrcfury for some stuff and add the necessary stuff for a upload

@Crystal8999 i had the same problem with the quest J, except it was impossible to get the uncompressed size all the way down without deleting stuff. It frustrates me when a creator makes a quest version but clearly didn't bother to see if it was functional

@boschaaaa I had no issues with the Quest J. I kinda find it weird we are all having different problems with the avatars.

It IS there, it's just the maker didn't put it into the Anims thingy, so when you go into Anims, just put everything within the Colors file into the Controller, and when you go into Gesture Manager, it'll be there under FX and Body Changes.

@Random-Furry the problem here is the supossed "shared file" is the unity fbx exported not the original blender files which has ik/fk change thats the reason he sees jae without the textures
