LF: Help editing nipple pasties

Hello! I'm getting okayish at flattening the chest of avatars but the one thing I can't figure out is how to get nipple pasties to work without completely deforming them and making them look bad
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix nipple pasties to work on an edited flat chest?

sculpt the chest first then pasties after. not quite sure why u want pasties on a flat chest anyways. and if the pasties dont move with the chest then use robust weight transfer tool. its free
