@Matriarch im having trouble making a zip that opens properly, so i’ll explain how i got the avatar working instead, sorry. i installed vrcfury, vrcft, and poiyomi pro. then imported the "assets" folder into unity. i fixed the pink materials by assigning the poiyomi shaders. when i tried to upload, unity said "missing scripts" for five components: VRC Scale Constraint, VRC Parent Constraint, VRC Rotation Constraint, VRC Position Constraint, and VRC Head Chop. i made a fresh example of each component in the same project, compared their working script references with the broken ones in the avatar prefab, and replaced the 44 broken references (this does take a little while). then i replaced the original prefab file with the repaired one, (when you do this make sure you leave its .meta file alone just replace the prefab file) after that, it uploaded fine. the only "issues" i’ve noticed so far are with the eyes being grey (im assuming this is due to me not having the original eye texture ofc) and hair not being able to change.

@slut so..you just put the zip in unity..?
I'm a bit confused.@StomachSlushie no, sorry if i explained that kidn of bad loll, i extracted the zip first, then put the assets folder inside the zip into unity. and then i put the poiyomi pro shaders into the materials since quite a bit of them were broken, and then i fixed the missing script references in the prefab

@slut uhh no..I just use my files extractor it worked fine with others

@StomachSlushie try with winrar, thats what i use and it worked for me.

it just tells me its invalid and it does it to other files as well.

@StomachSlushie so go into the assets in the the project panel which should be at the bottom, and then open that and then on the search bar, type "prefab" and click on it and then just drag it into the hierarchy

do one of you plan to post a fixed version at some point? asking cause i couldnt figure it out and i broke it more LOL

@StomachSlushie i got ln vrc and the face tracking doesnt work, and the lighting sliders dont seem to be working either. so hair toggles/colors,eye shader, and facetracking dont seem to be working so far
