Upload it without an image first—take a photo of the empty space—and add the photo you want later, but delete the avatar ID before doing so. -
You have to look for the materials it uses, (guessing poiyomi) and click each material and click "Lock in Optimized Shader". Do that to every single one and then try again. if its using a poiyomi shader version you dont have, you can switch them to the version you have @Burchthe3
