Merging dick model with base model.

I have a model i just bought and i wanna put a dick onto it but i wanna put it on natively like putting it into lender and making it a part of the model making it smooth into the base model like its actually supposed to be there while keeping its original functionality... if anyone knows how to do this pls lmk
