HELP!!!!!!! i don't know what to do with this model its a total mess!!!!

hihi! uhm ; so these questions were probaby asked over and over again but im trying my first attempt to make a custom model and trying to make some android kinda girl thing using the milltina model since i heard it was popular and had alot of support, but uhh...... uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh .......... uhm. gulp. help.

Use kisekae. If you cannot then delete the animators that automatically shrink the respective blendshapes you see. Once you do that you should be fine to go on from there. The anim.clips are the only thing "breaking" the avatar. Just pay attention to the name of the clips to know what they delete, since once you delete it you cannot Ctrl + Z.
